Kristi Phillips
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kristi Phillips is an entrepreneur, investor, real estate developer and the Managing Director of Tezari. She founded Tezari in 2008, initially launching the company through collaborations with skilled artisans and South American communities to bring thoughtfully designed and ethically handmade products to market.
As cryptocurrency markets evolved, Kristi led Tezari through a strategic transformation. In 2017, recognizing the emerging potential of digital assets and infrastructure, she expanded the company into the crypto space. By the end of that year, Tezari had acquired and begun operating its first mining facility, marking the company's shift toward technology-driven operations.
Today, Kristi focuses on Tezari's business capabilities to meet growing demand in the crypto space. Under her leadership, Tezari has evolved into an organization centered on digital infrastructure and long-term technological investment.
Mike Rodriguez
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mike, a Los Angeles local and longtime cryptocurrency enthusiast, joined Tezari bringing hands-on experience in digital assets and mining operations. He first bought bitcoin in 2015 and began assembling Ethereum mining machines in 2016, developing the technical expertise that now drives his work at Tezari.
As Director of Operations, Mike oversees facilities management, client relations, and operational growth, ensuring Tezari's infrastructure and services scale efficiently to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the crypto market.
Outside of work Mike enjoys movies, cooking fitness and spending time with family and friends.
Rajesh Reddy
Director of Technology
Rajesh Reddy serves as Director of Technology, overseeing engineering and leading the technical roadmap at Tezari. He is a systems-first leader who prioritizes architectural thinking and technical adaptability. He is focused on aligning engineering work with the tight-margin business requirements of the crypto industry. Rajesh brings over 20 years of systems and engineering management experience at VMware and other firms.
